With an extensive knowledge of modern day dietary problems, Tim’s advice on dairy free, gluten free and lower sugar alternatives is invaluable. Join us for live demonstrations and advice from Tim over the weekend.
Stuart Stirling is Head of Hospitality at Inverness College UHI and is passionate about teaching cooks of all ages how to use fresh local produce with confidence.
Barry Hawthorne, owner of The Isle of Skye Bakery, has many years experience of baking and will be delighted to share his knowledge and advice with his audience.
