Tickets purchased online will not be issued by post. Please print your e-ticket and bring it along to the event for exchange. E-tickets can also be shown on your mobile device. Proof of purchase MUST be provided for entry – no ticket, no entry.
Wristbands MUST be worn for entry – strictly no wristband, no entry
Refunds cannot be issued for unused, lost, or stolen tickets.
Security:
For public safety, bag searches will be carried out at music events by the security team and organisers. Any bags left unattended should be reported to a Festival steward or member of the security time.
