1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the issuance and use of the media/press pass for the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival. By applying for and using the media pass, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Conditions of Use
3.1 The media pass grants access to designated areas of the event for the purpose of media coverage only.
3.2 Access to restricted areas, such as harbour walls and rocks, is strictly prohibited.
3.3 The media pass must be visibly displayed at all times while attending the event.
3.4 Media representatives are required to wear the provided white media vest at all times during the event.
3.5 The white media vest must be returned to the Ticket & Information Office or a member of festival staff. Alternatively, it should be sent back via post to STBF Marketing, Caravan Site Office, Links Road, Portsoy, AB45 2SS.
3.6 All images and videos captured during the event must be submitted to the festival organisers without any watermarks within 14 days.
3.7 Media representatives may be asked to leave certain areas by security staff if they have reached maximum capacity, particularly during evening music events or other crowded activities.
3.8 All media pass holders will be required to pass security and have all bags searched.
3.9 Use of tripods is prohibited without prior consent.
4. Pass Collection
4.1 Passes, vehicle passes, and vests must be collected from the Ticket & Information Office before entering the event.
The Ticket & Information Office is open daily from Sunday, June 16th.
5. Application Process
5. 1 Applying for a media pass does not guarantee acceptance.
5.2 The festival organisers reserve the right to deny or revoke media passes at their discretion.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Media representatives are responsible for their conduct and behavior during the event.
6.2 Any misuse or violation of event policies may result in the immediate revocation of the media pass, removal from the event premises and company declined from any future year applications.
7. Liability
7. 1The festival organisers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.
7.2 Media representatives attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
