I hold public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5m
I will provide a copy of my risk assessment within 14 days if successful
All toys or items that look like toys meet CE regulations
Food & Drink Requirements

I meet all Environmental Health Requires as set by Aberdeenshire Council
I will submit all necessary documentation to Aberdeenshire Council no later than 6 weeks before the festival
If selling alcohol I will apply to Aberdeenshire Council no later than 6 weeks prior to the festival
